Step up to Vecchio's deli case and a world of Italian meats, cheeses, antipasto, breads and pastries will greet your eyes.
Boar's Head is our primary domestic meat purveyor Molinari, Leoncini, arn Fra' Mani supply someof our imported meats, including mortadella, prosciutto and cappicola. Ask for the bresaola and your receive paper-thin slices, just perfect for crackers or to add a new layer of flavor in a stacked sandwich. Imported meats including Serrano Ham from Spain and Prociutto from Parma are among the most popular offerings.

Just as difficult to find and authentic are the cheeses offered in Vecchio's deli. Choose from Gorgonzola Dolche, perfectly ripe Taleggio, or Locatelli Pecorino Romano. Of course you may aso choose from Parmigiano Reggiano, provolone, manchego and even domestic sharp cheddar.
No self-respecting Italian deli would be without a nice selection of antipasto offerings. At Vecchio's you will always find 2 or 3 choices of olives, including oil-cured. Roasted peppers, cherry peppers stuffed with prociutto and provolone, and freshly-made broccoli rabe are customer favorites. The broccoli rabe (also known as rapini) is prepared in-store from an old family recipe and is added to many of the custom sandwiches when requested.

Not long after opening, a pastry chef was added to thestaff, making fresh-baked cannoli, biscotti, and other tasty sweet treats.
